Very very disappointed, we needed to have a hot water tank replaced/installed and our furnace inspection we were told “they don’t have time for the water tank”, and the inspection might be 6 weeks away without a given time. The women didn’t care that we purchased our furnace from them and wasn’t fazed by us going with another company. We have given recommendations for White’s and my husband’s parents have given them business for more than 25 years. They no longer care about the costumer. Such a disappointment!!
RecommendedWhite was recommended by two family members. We asked for an estimate because our furnace went out. The gentleman came out and was very kind, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. We had two other companies do the same. However, my husband was most impressed by White. Therefore, that is who we chose. On January 4, 2020 we had our install. RecommendedWe had an HVAC company come out and tried to use really really deceptive scare tactics to pressure us into a new furnace. I called White Refrigeration for a 2nd opinion and they had the furnace running again in 30 minutes with a $50 part. I've since used them 2 more times for service calls and they are always fast, honest, fair and reliable. I highly recommend them!
