My flowers unfortunately arrived completely dead and White Poppy was still able to re-create my wedding day bouquet perfectly! They send a proof prior to shipping and I was able to make further adjustments last minute. They were so friendly and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. Now I have this beautiful frame to cherish forever. Highly recommend!!

The staff was very communicative and transparent. They were willing to work with me and make special accommodations. Due to shipping restrictions for their shadowbox, I had to send my flowers elsewhere, but the White Poppy team is incredibly easy to work with! I highly recommend going with them of you used real flowers in your ceremony. Their options for artificial flowers are more limited, but they're still a great business!

Costumer service 10/10. They asked me how I liked it, updated me. Let me make changes which is very appreciative. But overall the frame turned out nice. I do wish all of my flowers were used and that there was no brown ( color correction was used ). But overall it’s cute!

I had so much trouble with this company. First off, it’s ridiculously expensive. I was very nervous to send my own and only wedding bouquet, but I wanted to keep them forever. I wanted as many flowers saved as possible, my bouquet was pretty large so I thought this was possible. I easily had over 30 flowers. Only 2 were saved. They wanted me to purchase more flowers from the floral shop they partner with for too much money. Which defeats the whole purpose of getting flowers preserved.
