While some have good experiences here at white pine dental, mine is just the opposite. I went in for just one tooth to be replaced, they talked me into doing crowns for the top 6 teeth. Total cost after the insurance portion was almost 4 grand. Amonth after the crown work was completed, one of the tooth broke. It was the main tooth which I never have any issues with before. RecommendedWhite pine dental is the best dental experience! From cleanings to tooth extractions, my family has been well taken care of. I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist, White Pine has eased my fears. The dentists and assistants care about their patients. I'm a happy patient. :)
Dr. Hutchison was very kind and caring and concerned about my infected tooth. He took the time necessary to explain my situation to me thoroughly. All of the employees at White Pine Dental were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of me!!
I got ripped off after they told me free check-up, then charged me an outrageous amount for xray's! Steer clear!
My upfront experience was great but changed. I had a crown done on my first visit. I asked them to double check with my insurance on coverage, was advised it wouldn’t be an issue, 4 months later I’m being billed an additional $350 on top of the $425 I already paid because my insurance denied claim. Second appointment was a cleaning. Again told they verified everything through insurance and was then billed $80 for in-depth X-rays. Customer service was great but I would rather have upfront honesty.
Everything... the staff is great and we'll experienced.. the Doctors are the best.. #Dr west... and over all service I give it 10..
All 4 of kids came for cleanings today and the staff was so pleasant and good with my kids.
I love, Love, Love everyone at White Pine Dental. My dentist Dr. Megan Snarr is amazing as well as all my hygienists that have helped at each appointment. They are very professional and make you feel like your the ONLY one that they are taking care of that day. <3 If you fear going to the dentist, White Pine Dental will make want to go to the dentist, they are that good!
WOW...White Pine is the BEST! If you don't like going to the dentist...try White Pine! We have been going there for the last couple of years and every time we go back...we love this place even more! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the minute you walk in the door until you leave.
