ts hard to find good agents that will do what it takes to be resourceful at every point and make a deal close. We had a great experience with Alan and his team. They were able to do things that our previous Realtor couldn’t. Starting by using their Fix it Now Pay Later Program. They were able to replace our roof and not pay anything till closing. Furthermore, the negotiation strategies were on par with market demand and he was able to get us multiple offers and close quickly. Would definitely recommend to anybody out there looking to sell that needs an expert marketing, negotiations and great resources for sellers!
I want to say thanks to Alan Hernandez and the whole WPR team that contributed to the BET training. I definitely gained a lot of knowledge in this training not just with working with Buyers and Sellers but also from the Investment side Theres a lot of key points and value that I will be taking from The BET training and applying it to my business, definitely looking forward for the next one!
