Everyone was very nice. But, every appt we waited 25+ minutes past the scheduled time. The doc pushed this pharmacy we don't use because she said they'd deliver the Rx. They would...3 days later. The front office was clear on pricing the first visit. The follow up, no pricing was discussed. We have BCBS, I thought we were good to go. We waited the normal 25+minutes just for doc to look and say, yes he looks good call us if you need us.
