Dr. Cho is excellent! His work is perfect and he’s very thorough. The staff is friendly, always welcoming.
Horrific teeth cleaning- no discussion about sensitive areas. They water jetted at these areas. If it weren’t for a great dentist- that I haven’t seen in two years/ I would leave- considering now
After moving back to CA, I've been going to White Oaks Dental for all of my dental treatment needs. Dr. Cho has a great bedside manner and his staff members are always friendly. Not surprisingly, Dr. Cho's is expanding his business and hired a new doctor. At first I was a bit disappointed that Dr. Cho "dumped" me to a new doctor, but this was a really silly concern on my part as Dr. Kao was fantastic. Dr. Kao did the teeth cleaning for me. I recently had an old metal crown removed and replaced by a porcelain crown. During the procedure, the Dentist, Dr. Hafid Ortega, had to remove a lot of debris. After putting a temporary crown, Dr Ortega cautioned me about possible discomfort/pain. He went out of his way to give me his personal phone number to call in case of severe pain. Fortunately I did not experience undue pain. Two days later, I got a call from Dr. Ortega. He wanted to check on my well being.
