Was in and out quickly. Their diagnosis was wrong and meds were wrong but they charged me anyway. Sometimes you go to what's open!
HORRIBLE! Took our 1 year old in because he had a high fever and the workers were rushing us out, telling us there’s nothing they could do. Didn’t test him for anything etc. They closed early so they were all frustrated with us. This place needs to be shut down!!
Worst visit I’ve had at White Oak Urgent and I’ve been coming here for years. Came in for a possible infection issue and paid my $50 copay. After being seen by the nurse, it took about 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was in the room for all of 3 minutes before the doctor recommend me responding to the hospital for surgical removal. I told doctor I wanted to be referred to out-patient from White Oak and the doctor stated that they do not refer for such things. Waste of time and money.
Had to get DOT physical, did not have to wait long. In and out in 40 minutes.
