Took my daughter here for her first ever visit to the dentist and they were great! They took time to ask her questions and explain everything they were doing before they did it and showed her how everything worked making sure she was comfortable with everything. Everyone was nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

First dentist experience for my 3yo was phenomenal thanks to the team at White Oak! Also our first visit to their new location in Carrollton and it looks great. The staff have the patience & finesse to work well with kids of all ages.
Dr. Popple have been my kids' dentist for the past several years. We were so worry because my son had a toothache during the Covid-19 shelter order. We called Dr. Popple and he asked us to send him pictures of our son's tooth. He was very kind to see us right away. He explained that dentist offices are closed during this time except for emergencies. Based on the photograph and the pain my son was experiencing-- he knew this was an emergency. Dr. Popple was unabashedly pompous and condescending. He even let me know that he was "probably ok with my breastfeeding" as if I needed his permission. We didn't make it past the new patient consultation before deciding to move on.
