Absolutely lovely experience. Mike was so informative, transparent, and reasonable. No other I place I spoke too was as helpful. Service was done quick, and efficiently. I will definitely be retuning for future car needs, and I would recommend to my friends and family as well.
WOW! What can I say...Mike and the Team at White Oak Mercedes are giants amongst mere mortals. Nothing but great things to say about the entire experience from the first call to the final pickup. I brought my 2000 S500 Mercedes to White Oak Mercedes a few months ago. This repair facility for Mercedes is the best. Mike and Tim knew how to perform all necessary repairs on my Mercedes at the highest possible level. They also charged a fair price. More importantly, White Oak Mercedes in Thousand Oaks recommended that I replace my suspension system with a conventional shock absorber system.
