Sadly, judging by my most recent meal here last night, White Oak has suffered a fall from grace. All at the table ordered the NY Strip medium rare- our steaks all came out in varying temperatures- none of them medium rare, mostly well to medium well. This normally tender and juicy cut of meat was dry, bland and tasteless accept for what I could only describe as beef bullion flavoring. Great New York strip. Great dining experience
White Oak too great care of our large party on very short notice. We had 30-40 people in their bar area and the Monday night staff worked incredibly hard to get us all food and drinks. Drinks and food were delicious and the manager was very kind and sociable. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in Atlanta!
Your treatment of the Dana Family who has a a Mobility Assistance Service Dog was not only completely Shameful but totally ILLEGAL !!! ... That being said unless you immed. change your "No Service Dogs Allowed" policy .. no matter how nice your place is ... Will not only Never go .. I will advise everyone not to ;)
You people think because you are in Atlanta and very upscale you can break the law. You cannot refuse a service dog anytime or anywhere..... I hope in the future you educate all your people o the law and how to treat people with disabilities..
They had my order wrong! Then I received my food , half was missing. In addition tried to charge me for an extra dish I should had received and discount or no charge
