THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! THEY LIED ABOUT REPAIRS! MY MOTHER TOOK HER MERCEDES HERE AND THEY USED A COAT HANGER TO KEEP A HOLD INSIDE, MADE US WAIT FOR MONTHS TO GET THE BACK (which they never EVER left voice messages or gave updates)! THEY NEVER LOOKED INTO THE PARTS HER CAR NEEDED! WE HAD TO DO THAT AFTER THE SAID COUNTLESS TIMES THAT THEY INDEED CHECKED. OVER $1000 DOLLARS IN B. S REPAIRS AVOID AT ALL COST
Great service...was a Lil hesitant at first but very pleased after all said and done....all parts are legitimate mercedes and very fair with labor...I would like to take this time to bash other so called mercedes mechanics but instead I'm gone spread this positive news.....if you want good quality service bring your mercedes here...you can't loose !!
I initiated contact with White Oak Auto Service more than a decade ago. I have never regretted it and never been disappointed with the quality of their workmanship. I have owned six Mercedes Benz cars and have never been dissatisfied with the ambiance, cost, or job quality.
Rami was very helpful. He and his staff took care of my issue. For any Mercedes Benz repair need, White Oak Auto Service is the place to go for quality service at a reasonable price.
