First time using White Oak Auto Service, and I was impressed. I brought my GL450 in for a B Service and to address a few other issues. The team explained what they found in plain language, provided an accurate estimate, and kept me informed throughout the process. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ! I WENT FOR A OIL CHANGE (Service A) AND ENDED UP HAVING TO GET MY ENGINE REPLACED. ($8k) I saw a comment like this and didn’t listen . I still can’t believe I ended up in a WORSE predicament. They’ll do damage and cover themselves. Especially if you’re a female RUN. One thing I Know, that there is a God, every penny and tear that I dispensed , may the owner pay back triple.
