Beautiful apartments, small and friendly community and the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Five stars
We are really dissatisfied with the new management of this property. When Sandy was the manager she'd make rounds every morning inspecting around the property. The new management team does not do that. Another thing is that when you would get a package delivered to the office Sandy would email you within a few hours informing you that you have a package waiting in the office, the new management team fails to do so. I’ve been here 3 months and i really like it a lot! I love my apartment and it looks to be safe out here. The ladies in the office are nice and thoughtful.

We are fairly new residents, and have nothing but good things to say. We are always treated with courtesy by office personnel Nickcole and Maryanna. The apts are well maintained and the property is always clean. We visited several apt complexes before we made our decision to move in here and are so happy that we chose White Oak. Oh, also it's in a great location with easy access to many businesses etc.
I'm still in the process of moving in but I already know I will love it. Sandy and Maryanna are awesome and made me feel right at home the first time I met them. A friend lives here that referred me and just renewed his lease. And being in a complex with such beautiful trees and landscaping is a real plus for me.
