Worst place should never take this long to see a dr when er is pretty much empty
Today, I reached out to WMRMC in hopes of obtaining some records, but it turned out that every single phone line was down—a significant safety concern, thanks to Frontier! Fortunately, I was able to connect with Dez Erhart, who kindly let me know that the lines had been down all day. She mentioned that the medical records department was closed for the day and suggested I try again tomorrow morning. I recently visited the hospital here in Springerville, and was so happy with all staff that helped me. I especially wanted to say how thourough Dr. Hopkins was, and how appreciative I am that he took the time to explain everything, and ease my mind in every way. Thank you so much. :)
