Great company. It took 9 working days to have a new installed AC. This is from the day a Service Advisor came and to the installation team that installed the new system. Came to my house both the advisor the installers on time. The installers worked outside and inside the house at the attic but left the place clean This is a ************ that I will recommend to anyone.

**** is very professional and takes his time to explain the benefit of installing the new AC system and why the old system is insufficient to cool down the house.

***** came out and gave me a quote which was less than other companies. My AC was not working upstairs and it was a week out, so he came the next day and loaned us a air conditioner to get us through until the new unit was put in. The install team, **** and ****** were great. They explained in detail what they were going to do. They prepped my house and when they left it was immaculate. I highly recommend this company. Great communication, great company.

The equipment is top notch but what really impressed me was the OVER the top service I got from everyone on EVERY step. Scott R****** was exceptional in coming out and identifying my needs and giving me options. Patient to answer ALL of my questions and take and return all of my calls they the whole process. Be careful!!! On their last PM service 7/31/20 for our building tech said unit #4 needed replacement. The unit was replaced 7/29/20 by same company. Doubt he ever went on roof but merely looked at old notes in computer from prior inspection. Can't be trusted to perform PM work...just send invoices automatically from computer!!!!! Over charge for everything.

Excellent job with the A/C from the quote from Gary to the Kevin's installation team. We chose White again primarily because they installed a new furnace & new A/C at our previous house & we were very satisfied. They answered all my questions, did everything right, protected our floors & cleaned up completely. Signing the paperwork was a breeze as their office uses ********, just like real estate agents do.

We are in need of a new AC unit + installation on a commercial building roof and got White Mechanical's info off of ****.
