I've own my condominium for 30 years. Effective January 1, 2024, White Management increased my common charges BY 50%!! I pay mine AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND CURRENTLY HAVE A CREDIT!! I've NEVER had to submit ANY claims for damage related expenses to White Management. NOT ONE! On July 9, 2023 there was a major flood which caused my ceiling to leak as a result of the building's roof failing. I’ve been living in on their properties for about 6 months and the experience with white management has been terrible. I needed a new mailbox lock as the previous owners left with the key.. they wanted to change me $50 to change… not a probably however it was going to be $50 for them to change it when they felt like it. They forgot to put in the order. Long story short I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and was able to change the lock myself.
