Took my duramax in with an electrical problem. Was told that they replaced a pigtail to the fuel pressure sensor that cost $100, they only spliced on the plug. And then was charged $700 labor hahaha really? Also charged me a $14 hazardous waste fee,for what? and proceeded to try and convince me that "this is standard practice in this industry" what a joke.
RecommendedGreat place to get work done on a Diesel engine. Only place I’ll take my Dodge
Fair pricing (in one case far less than competitors because he knew a different way to make the repair that only somebody who really knows diesels would have known). Excellent work. Done when promised, remembers trucks from one visit to the next. What more do you really need?
2008 f350 Has problems with “no boost”.. Steve diagnosed the problems, had suggestions for other repairs while working that area. ALWAYS kept me informed and up to date with progress!! Went above and beyond in my opinion with showing me the failures, offering solutions within my budget!! Job was done in the proper timeframe, much less time actually with him hunting down parts to complete the job quickly!! WILL SEEK STEVE again with any issues with my truck!! Everyone I asked said this was the only place to have my truck worked on. The parking lot full of waiting vehicles says the same. Diagnosis was spot on and repair was done without throwing unnecessary parts at it. Steve took the time to explain what was done and things I may want to do in the future to keep my truck on the road and reliable. Truck runs like new again and couldn't be happier.
