Horrible customer service! Have been trying to cancel after 1 service, they continue to reschedule visits without telling us. They do not call when they say they will, the salesmen promises services and the tech refuses. They claim you will see a slight increase in activity after the 1st treatment and our house is now overrun with bugs I've never even seen before.
