Very worse 0 star , please be careful everyone before start the service. sales man came to my place and ask for the service , I asked him more then 5 times for only one time service and I paid with the card $32 and he told me its a only one time and I signed later they sent me the bill of $192 later I spoked with them and explained everything and I cancelled the service they sent me another bill of $ 276 , this is spam or fraud , I hardly contact them once it was hung up after that I called but no answer in billing departmen... read more

Richard was great! Addressed my concerns, explained his process, provided additional insight, and was a pleasure to speak with. Would certainly seek out his skill and professionalism in the future. The quality of the treatment remains to be seen having only been one day as of now, but Richard certainly took the time to remove nests and use additional sprays based on our situation. He also identified and educated us on the unique type of roach that was present in one area allowing us to be better prepared in the future.
I was very pleased. He did a great job and was very informative.I look forward to doing business with Knight Pest Control. Thank you David for a awesome job hope to see you on my next extermination date.

Their customer service is great. The technicians are courteous, take their time and spray thoroughly. I also like that they cover their shoes when coming into the house.
