The technician was courteous. He called ahead to give me a 30 minute arrival window and arrived right on time. He showed me his identification although he was wearing a spotless uniform with the company logo and driving a company truck. He asked me if I had any concerns and stated if I did he'd be sure to address those first. Very professional .... my tech Brian - I recommend him very highly!!!! This man knows his business; he has the friendliest personality. Never one time - with my hundreds of questions - did he make me feel like they were dumb. He made me feel very secure with his answers that i walked away feeling good with choosing this company. I hope he gets recognized for his hard work because i seen him working in the heat sweating and still had a great personality. Thank you again Brian - job well done, sir!!!
After battling some type of ant with DIY chemicals, and obviously not winning, I had heard that White Knight was the place to call. Showed up early to the appointment (bonus) and was here treating for about an hour and a half. Priscilla explained everything she was doing and even got up close and personal with my ants � to determine what she was up against. Very thorough in her treatment and didn’t get in a hurry. Highly recommend so far. Hopefully the ant colony will feel her impact!!
