This review is for the Caya Avenue property but if ANY property you're looking at is owned by White & Katzman, RUN, don't walk, as far as you can! Actually this needs to be ZERO stars. Where to begin. 1. Office hours were scant and the staff were less than competent. When they said Heat & Hot Water Included, they never explained or revealed that they charge for cold water and trash/refuse and not even equitably or reasonably. Horrible experience!! – These guys are shady as hell, I wouldn't trust anyone from the company. They never clean the snow from their property, you can't get anyone to fix anything in the apartment, but for rent they will call you even if you are one hour late. I wouldn't deal with them again!! biggest mistake of my life. They are probably for section 8 type a people and they treat you like one too.

Very disrespectful of Board members. – This company resorted to underhanded & unethical practices. Very manipulative managers, that are both unqualified, and get involved with inside politics rather than manage efficiently. Arrogant ownership as well. W&K drained our reserves. Very condescending, with hidden expenses, and eventually hidden agendas.
