Dr. Kalvin White was thorough- and effective. But lo and behold for no known reason (to me) he is no longer working at Tulsa Pain Management of Tulsa. I was told I had to change Doctors via a phone call. Although he's entitled to his private life, having a successful relationship with any doctor is something to cherish. I had a successful relationship with Dr. White and his Physicians Assistant.. I wish I'd received a "Dear John" type letter or even "we're moving for you info" but nada, nothing, zip.
