My grandson had a surgery date to get extensive repair done on his teeth.. mind you he is 5 years old.. first of all he ate a piece of cheese before surgery so they canceled his surgery which I understand but dismissed him from their practice. No one has ever heard of this we’ve never missed an appointment but because we signed a regulation paper back in August stating that if we didn’t follow the rules and that was one of them but he is a child and things happen.They also lied to my daughter and myself regarding post preop ... read more

My daughter was in this week and just loved it! She was very comfortable the entire time and even let them pull a tooth that was hanging loose that she wouldn’t even touch before! It was a great experience and she’s already talking about going back. Wonderful staff and atmosphere for kids. Thank you all!
Did not follow up like they said they would after procedure for my son. No call for a 2 week appointment. Procedure was done in August and still no word from them. When you call them you get voicemails and no return calls. Personally seemed like they just wanted the money.

They are the absolute best!
We travel about an hour and 1/2 to this office but it’s worth every mile and penny for no tears and a wonderful experience! Always kind and patient! And as parents we are allowed to go back with our children for their treatment which is very comforting for our children and us, eases fears and anxiety.
The staff is AMAZING!! They made my sons 1st trip to the dentist a breeze. He refuses to take the shirt off they gave them and was so bummed he couldn’t use the new tooth brush (because he received a fluoride treatment). THANK YOU TO EVERYONE working during these crazy times, you make your job look so easy and we all know it’s not. I’d hug each one of you if I could.
Love, love, LOVE this office for my son! He’s always had such amazing experiences here and both Dr Halley and Dr Andy are always so great! Highly recommend taking your kids if you haven’t already!
