Extremely poor customer service. This company won’t answer the phone, or email back. I needed a part for my hub and couldn’t get ahold of anyone for over a week. I missed a race because of them. I reached out to Enve and bought a new set of wheels with Enve hubs. Enve’s quality and customer service is outstanding and far surpasses White industries.
The gold standard. Recently purchased a set of hubs for a single speed gravel bike from WI after spec'ing Chris King, Hope and I9. So glad I chose these. I'd wanted to buy something (anything) from these folks forever and now that I see the quality, I'll be buying more. Great American company!
