Chantel is a special special, precious woman who deserves a packed class every day! She truly is remarkable. I feel at home with her. She’s able to make you feel comfortable with the moves you’re making and also makes you feel welcome and doesn’t overwhelm you. Mia is the best. She is so helpful and encouraging.
Started here 3-4 months ago with major back issues. Started very slow with great help from the instructors. My back is so much better now and I am so much stronger. Joseph Pilates started this for rehab! And it has rehabbed me. :-)
Angie and Charlotta are great. Very knowledgeable. If you are looking for small group classes, this is the place.
