We bought a motor home from Whitehouse motors just over a year ago. Harry and Rick were great they went the extra mile to make sure everything was smooth. They even helped us with the financing. We have had a blast, after two road trips across the country the only things we have had done to our motorhome is routine maintenance. So glad we bought from whitehouse motors! Five stars all the way.
I recently bought a motorhome from WHM and in less time that it has taken to run through the 10 day trip permit. The motorhome has been stranded twice and finally is in the shop finding out what is wrong with it. Ive spent a $1000 in parts alone GETTING IT HOME from White House Motors. Prior to completing the sale I asked Rick and Harry for any inspection paperwork. Rick said the inspection paperwork is at the shop, which he was never there. I do not recommend. Bought a $109,000 used Class A motorhome under rushed circumstances. While Rick was pleasant to deal with, once I had purchased the motorhome and spent some time with it, it was very apparent there were undisclosed defects ... and a lot of them that required expensive fixes from the beginning. Microwave stopped working immediately. Several interior switches with no power. Sink drain completely plugged up with what appears to have been someone dumping potted plant soil and grit down it. Unfortunately, we drove from a long way to get our TV. Trusted that what we were told was the truth. After purchasing we found a lot of lies that were told. The RV had issues on the one side on the decals. We could not see due to the weather. We were told it had been checked out by a mechanic. It was not. All fluids were low.
