Chef Mario delivered outstanding culinary creations that were both memorable and delicious, while Sierra provided impeccable customer service, ensuring every detail of our stay was handled with professionalism and warmth. The White House Inn is a beautiful establishment that combines elegance, comfort, and hospitality, making it a perfect destination for a Napa Valley getaway. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
Loved the hotel, service, and food service. They need to do something about their accounting and booking process considering we were charged 3 times. It was quite upsetting to myself and husband. Also, their housekeeping services need to automatically bring fresh towels and washcloths daily. I had to ask every day and they still got it wrong. Other than that it was fine. Great location.
