Myesha was extremely rude when I called to place an order for pick up. I explained to her that I didn’t receive an email confirmation after half an hour of her placing the order for me and asked if she could give me a timeline, she said “No, I’m not in charge of that.” Then when I asked for her name, just in case, and its spelling (obviously because her name was not common), she said “No I won’t spell it for you” and hanged up!
I will give this store a negative star if I can. I was in this store on 3/18/26 at around 3pm trying to return a jacket I bought at another WHBM while traveling. When I bought the jacket, it was out of stock in the store, so the store associate purchased from online for me. When I tried to return this jacket at the south park Charlotte location, I brought the packing slip that came with the shipment, as well as the email order confirmation. I had such a great experience at White House Black Market today! After visiting nearly 10 other stores where I wasn’t even greeted, walking into this store was a completely different experience. Amanda welcomed me right away and immediately made me feel taken care of. I was on the hunt for the perfect pair of high-rise slim fit khakis and an outfit for an upcoming work event, and she absolutely delivered. This is my favorite WHBM location! They always help me find the best clothing with no pressure. I even bought extra items because of great suggestions, some I would have never picked out.
I love this location! Mandy and Myesha are the best. I needed business clothes and they set me up with several outfits and appropriate clothing for my professional and personal needs. Would highly recommend! I can’t understand why there are bad reviews. Seems like maybe they are not the problem. They were so welcoming
