Sales people don’t help when trying on items. Never ask if you need another size. Very rude .
Not just this store but your customer service has really gone down hill!!!! How about getting some English speaking people on your 800 number to start with ! Never been so frustrated in my life!! You charge outrageous prices for your clothes but are skimping on the customer service . Not pleasant experiences .. . Just sayin!
I was in the process of calling the store to report a negative experience and am not shocked to see others have had the same. I dealt with a very rude employee who claimed to be the manager and would not share her name yesterday. Probably worse than being rude to me was her disrespect to her coworker during the same visit. Thankfully there is another WHBM in the Charlotte area as I have no intention of returning here.
My favorite brand is White House and Black market, any place or mall I visit I have to find a WHBM, and always have a great experience…but this one, personal are rude and look down at some ethnicity when they enter the store, it was sad to walk in that store… I hope I’ll never have to step at that specific one ever again…!
