peaceful, good area. the area in were its located is hidden, the layout of the apartment is good, no loud radios, very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. It is a smoking apartment complex. No central air conditioning. If you are lucky you may get one with a window unit. I got lucky to get one with a window unit and with a Ceiling fan. It's something it doesn't come with. Move in date 7/21/22.

I was next on the waiting list (after waiting an entire year), and Penny called to inform me that I am next on the list and that an apt would be available by the end of the month. Penny was not friendly. She was actually quite demanding and ordered an answer from me that exact moment when I haven't even ever seen the place yet. She said there was nothing for me to look at and they needed an answer now or they were moving on to the next person. Better than being homeless. If you’re in a bind they’ll work temporarily. Wouldn’t recommend for long term living. It’s income based and functions as such.

Love my apartment building inside white hills but the one behind me 322 stole my packages that were accidentally delivered to them! Told post office they didn’t have them even though that is where post office delivered them!
