Plants were never shipped despite placing the order 10 days ago. Order, according to website, continues to say it is being processed (10 days later??). I have sent an email through the website, which no one responded to despite it being 3 days later. I have also spent 20 min on hold and finally left a message. I do not think they will call back. Extremely disappointed. Do not order from here.

From NJ to White Flower Farm...2 1/2 hours...well worth the trip!,
This was the second time I've ordered from White Flower Farm, of the three Coleus I ordered two were of good quality and the third was barely visible over the cardboard that holds the dirt in. I had a little wait for customer service but then Sandy handle the problem and a new plant will be shipped. We'll see if the quality improves and how long it takes to arrive.
