I had both my knee replacements here. Last one yesterday. I can tell you their facility is awesome! Dr Lomardi is amazing! I was greeted this time by the nicest receptionist Johnna! She is truly an asset to White Fence! I was taken back and prepped by my fabulous nurse Janie! She was so nice and explained everything to me! Unbelievably positive experience. Dr Hurst and his whole team were overwhelmingly positive, helpful and generally lovely to deal with. They effectively put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. Very refreshing to encounter such kindness within modern medicine. Cannot speak highly enough about this place.
Everyone was great as usual from the Doctor, Anesthesiologist, Nurses, Secretaries, Receptionists and the ladies that kept checking on me to see if I needed anything, took me to the bathroom and the wonderful lady that pushed me to my brother's car by wheelchair. Thank you all!
The entire was personal and awesome to deal with ...Johnna greeted us and she made the initial process easy. Mariah, my nurse was fantastic as she prepared me to go to surgery. She was so light-hearted and you could tell enjoyed her job. I really enjoyed speaking with her. One of my anesthesiologists was Dr. Pastor and he was so kind and explained the entire process.
