The doctors and staff in this facility are kind, knowledgeable and patient. This was my second surgery with White Fence and I enthusiastically speak about JIS and White Fence to anyone that mentions needing a replacement!
Excellent care and staff. The caregivers did not rush the process, explained each step, and answered all concerns (sometimes 2x!). Dr Berend is rock star. It’s only been 1 day so it could be the drugs talking /s. Definitely recommend.
The staff were excellent very nice. They made sure we knew all the after care instructions didn’t hesitate to answer questions. Very clean environment
The nurses were absolutely amazing. They truly care about their patients and took care of me. Thank you... They all deserve 5 stars.. The only things that bothered us we were told us to be there 11am, surgery at 1. We arrived shortly before 11 to check in...but wasn't taken back to the pre op room until around 130..I understand things do happen and they run behind. Still, I would highly recommend JIS New Albany anyone...
Great place , staff was absolutely wonderful. Dr Lombardi is the best. Highly recommended
