They did a great job with a new window installation and brick removal. The quality of work was great. He did a great job explaining the work he was doing and why he would do certain things the way he was doing them. Felt like he was always upfront and honest about pricing as well. 100% recommend
Jack did a great job replacing our windows and doors. He is very knowledgable, responsive and professional. I will use Jack in the future for my other projects.
The big brick bungalow we purchased in 2019 had been lovingly restored inside in many part, but the basic structure was overdue for some TLC. We first worked with White Eagle Remodeling as a window installer subcontracted by our basement remodeling company who also updated the plumbing, electrical and interior drainage. Jack, I only met you one time at Greg's home where you got the 1 star review. I am the contractor who made some repairs that he insisted on. For the record, I told him your work, although not perfect, did not deserve the scrutiny he was applying. I rate your work a strong 8 out of 10 (nobody gets a 10) and would let you install siding for me and my company any time. He has made an effort to defame my good name as well. I only wish we could rate him. You were a gentleman with good intentions. Mike
i owe this company an apology for not putting my review in sooner. Last year jack and his crew were hired to do a roof and gutters. We ran into structure problems every direction we turned and ended up needing a whole lot more than just roof and gutters. When they pulled off the shingles all the plywood was dried out so bad that every sheet had to be replaced. And instead of just telling me he showed me exactly how bad it was.
