Shirley L**, realtor of this company, took advantage of a 92 year-old homeowner. Listing her home at 90k when it approximately appraised for 61k knowing that the next door neighbor wanted to purchase. After sitting on "the market" for 7 months, homeowner is paying 4% realtor fee as well as the house is being purchased by the neighbor for 60k because the home WAS overpriced to start with! Shame on Ms. L**! Who didn't monitor the house and a bathroom sprung a leak and did damage which was deducted from the profit!
