Extremely helpful. Excellent communication, and I always felt like the bottom line was making sure that we'd both be happy with the ring. Needless to say, they put together a beautiful ring, and she loves it!

I really loved Craig he was great. He got me exactly what I wanted and and more, he didn't up sale me or talk down to me! I loved working with him highly suggest going.
I absolutely loved the process of customizing an engagement ring with Craig!! We first met and went through all different rings that he had and decided to make a custom ring. We picked pieces from different rings and made it our own. Then he gave us a 3D image for us to view and make sure the ring was what we described. He then made a wax mold that we were able to see before he made the ring. I couldn't be happier with my ring. It is amazing and way prettier then I could have imagined and nothing in other stores can compare!... read more

My experience working with Craig was exceptional. After several frustrating weeks of shopping around, I set an appointment to meet with Craig. Within an hour, I found what I wanted, at a price within my budget, and with a center diamond 50% larger than I anticipated (based on prices other jewelry stores offered). I would highly recommend an appointment with Craig to anyone seriously looking to buy diamond jewelry.
