After a couple of appointments, found out they had been forcing the hygienists to lie to me about need for "deep cleaning". So sad they did this!

I was there twice for fillings. The "estimate" they gave me was COMPLETELY off. Half of what they told me I would have to pay. They said that they don't find out how much a procedure costs until they submit the claim. How is that reliable? How can they be trusted to bill me properly, if they can't even give me a correct/accurate out of pocket expense??? This is completely unethical.
