I enjoy your coffee astablishment I love the red bowl spritzer but I do not get my free drinks when I'm supposed to that makes me very upset for the price we pay for our drinks!!!!!!

I'm sorry, but 3 times and I am not impressed. With so much competition out there, you have to cover all the bases...service, quality, knowledge, and price. I feel the price was very good.
