Wow I was reading some of the negative reviews here. I can sure tell they have not been to many doctors offices before. The care I have gotten here from everyone I have seen was top notch and timely. If you have to wait a bit longer than you were scheduled for, just think about the extra care the person before you got and most likely needed. Here we go people. I was just there and it started off bad, first they wanted me to sign a new form that ask that you don't swear and treat them with respect mostly, I didn't not sign it cuz it's not the issue they are having it's that they don't have enough help answering the phone. People are getting annoyed before we even show up, if you call before getting there. It's just a theory what's going on that I put together from my own personal experience going there. Excellent care from the EXCELLENT team at Asante White City. Jennifer responds thoughtfully to all concerns and nurse Gracie is an outstanding example of top notch health care friendliness and professionalism.
Dr. John Buyers and his team are always excellent. He truly cares about his patients and wants to meet their needs however he can. Thank you for all you do!
Dr Gilfford is fabulous! My 3yo saw her today for a new patient visit and we will be sticking with her. As a parent I felt seen, heard, respected. I’m so happy! Her MA was amazing too, I didn’t catch his name but he was bald with a beard, super nice guy. My toddler was an angel for both of them and that’s unheard of most of the time 🤣 thanks guys!
