Dr. Nicole Gifford is great. Also ex-pro hockey player. Super friendly, very nice, very helpful. I hope she sticks around a while.
The lab is fast, but some of the providers and medical assistants are not very willing to help you. I had issues with insurance covering a medication and they did not want to help me find a solution or find another medication that was covered. Left me very frustrated with the lack of care.
Wow I was reading some of the negative reviews here. I can sure tell they have not been to many doctors offices before. The care I have gotten here from everyone I have seen was top notch and timely. If you have to wait a bit longer than you were scheduled for, just think about the extra care the person before you got and most likely needed. Here we go people. I was just there and it started off bad, first they wanted me to sign a new form that ask that you don't swear and treat them with respect mostly, I didn't not sign it cuz it's not the issue they are having it's that they don't have enough help answering the phone.
