One of your drivers decided to ride a hazmat tanker too close and tried blocking the Halstead merge lane east instead of letting everyone zipper into the right lane. He rolled his window down and continued to hang out the window for 15min in traffic. 48 degrees out. He then exhibited road rage. Truckers, making delivery here - be aware!!! They don’t have a dock or ramp. Forklift taking pallets from the ground. And you MUST bring those pallets to the back of trailer by pallet jack. When I asked them why I have to unload, they said:”We can’t step in someone’s trailer. That’s the our company policy.” Driving truck for 18 years and never heard such ridiculous excuse before. Anyway, my load was bottled water - 45.000 pounds. This place in my “not to go” list.👎👎👎
