Called today and asked about ordering or renting forms for a major project. They transferred me to Carol... she must be who is in charge of this kind of stuff. I asked about renting or buying forms. She said she would have to call to get pricing on buying. She said between 1 and 3 dollars to rent. She didnt want to take any other information.
