Marcus Taylor had a bad attitude when giving me my things
This gentleman is a very dangerous driver. If you have cameras in your trucks, pull his footage from this morning.
They are not familiar with the different companies they are under contract with and always take over 10 minutes to bring out purchased material in the morning, even though I’m the only customer.
Armando is the only employee who seems to care or have any customer service skills. The rest of the staff looks lethargic and take no initiative to get customers in and out. No comparison to the Irving location.
