My husband bought a vehicle from here just this morning. He was reminded as to why we normally shop from smaller businesses for things like this. The customer service was not great, as they only care about the bottom line. We were told multiple times there would be a warranty with the vehicle from one person, but when he went to pay for things was told by someone else that there was no warranty and was not willing to even check into the promise given by someone else. I just purchased a brand new GMC 2500 HD pick up truck and I love it! Everyone at the dealership made the process go very quickly, I was surprised at how fast we had everything signed and before you know it we were driving it off the lot! Robert Lund was a real pleasure to work with, he showed us the features on the truck and was so knowledgable. Extremely high pressure and poor customer service. I've dealt with several dealerships over the years and have never been so disappointed.
We were just there today and left with a solid, mid mileage used car. The staff was accommadating and made every effort to provide a positive experience. Our daughter is very happy with the car she purchased and we would recommend David Wicklund as a sales person to see for a used car. Thanks guys!
