Service department extremely accommodating, especially since we really didn’t have an appointment for the services they performed and it was Saturday afternoon. All smiles! Would recommend to everyone to check this place out.

WBLSS Offers a loyalty program but when you choose to use it they re-nig on the use saying you can't double dip with the coupon they sent out. Loyalty reward program was stated to be the same as a giftcard (it's even given to you on a giftcard) and I specifically asked if I could use the coupon and loyalty cash for the service work, service advisor said yes. Just purchased a car WBSS, loved the entire experience. Cheryl is the best, knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, addressed all questions promptly and worked so well with us. Worked with a few of the service guys, Tom was fantastic support and also the Parts Dept - to the person, could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. And, love the Enclave as well!!!
If you want to be treated like a human being, go somewhere else. Not even worth the shitty car selection.
