Not pleased with the work done on my Mothers wedding ring . Where the diamonds were replaced the prong is so high it makes the ring unwearable When I mentioned it when picking up the ring they tried to fix but still quite noticeable. This on top of the ring not being done after several delays on their part and not done when they said it would be , I remained patient through it all, but the more I look at the ring the more disappointed I get. I brought a watch in to get some links installed. I was immediately greeted and without hesitation they dropped what they were doing to accommodate me. I really appreciated they were able to get it done in about 15 minutes as I am leaving out of town tomorrow. Price was right. Service top notch. I’ll be back for all my watch needs.
