Lets face it going to the Dentist is not the easiest of things to do, however this office from the staff to Dr Paul Anderson make you feel comfortable and at ease. They all are so friendly, yet professional. I also love the perfectionist attitude they have when it comes to my teeth, Your smile is one of the first things people notice and I am very thankful to Dr Paul Anderson and his staff for my smile!!!!!!
I was warmly welcomed and waited only briefly as I was a few minute early. I was escorted back to the hygienist area which was well organized, clean, and relaxing. The cleaning was flawless which is very important to me as I get highly anxious and uncomfortable. Dr. Anderson arrived near the end and reviewed the work that Kathy did in a professional and respectful matter. I deeply appreciate the entire team from the time I enter to the time I leave.
On my annual six month visit for inspection and cleaning it was discovered that I had two small cavitys. They were fixed that same day,and as usual A-one repair!!
I was in need of emergency care and was taken care of immediately. The staff is always most helpful and pleasant and Dr. Anderson took care of my needs right away. I know that I can always count on this office to do the right thing. I am most grateful.
I look forward to visiting Dr. Anderson and his staff because they are the best and friendliest in their field. Thank you for making something I hate to do or go to a nice experience.
Dr.Paul Anderson has been my dentist for many years. Usually Cathy cleans my teeth twice a year. Together they encourage me to floss and brush daily so I don't have cavities to fill. Whenever I do need extra work, Dr. Anderson is thorough but gentle. I am always happy with the result.
The dental assistant that cleaned my teeth and took the x-rays was extremely nice! Patty was also very nice. I keep coming to this office because there in never any pain and I never have to wait very long.
Dr. Anderson and his team provide customer service which exceeds expectations every time. I have been a patient for more than 20 years and every visit has been pleasant, efficient and completely comfortable. What strikes me most is the team's dedication their patients' experience. Even when injecting pain killer, Dr. Anderson numbs the injection site and then massages the medication in. I gave Dr Anderson & his staff a 5 star rating. Every member I came in contact with at my first visit was very friendly & made me feel very comfortable. Dr & his staff treated me like I had been a customer for many years. They explained everything they were doing to me in a very down to eath way. I would definately recommend him. Mike Wallace
