Shane the service manager was extremely rude. I had an appointment for 9:30. dripped off at 9:00 and my car wasnt ready until 12! Shane said if I didnt tell them I wanted my car hack within the hour they would have kept it all day! had the nerve to tell me my car had been ready since 11:32 and why didnt I call to see if it was ready? Gave me the excuse they were short staffed and basically it was my fault because I didnt tell them i wanted my car back A.S.A.P. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Our sales associate Zach Foster was patient and kind throughout the whole test drive and purchasing process. I love my car.
