Re Whitby Place - 900 Dundas Street, Whitby Kelly gave me a tour of the 2 bdrm available at 900 Dundas (thank you again). She was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The grounds are kept very nicely. I was disappointed in the laundry room - not many machines.

My complaint is about Realstar home office. A few months ago, approximately Nov./Dec. 2025 (I did not make note of the actual dates) our boiler for hot water broke down. Our building was without hot water for approximately 10 days. This was not acceptable. Everytime I asked when the hot water would be fixed the Superintendents did not know and they did not even have an estimate of when the boiler would be fixed or replaced. Being without hot water for that length of time during the Winter was very difficult and annoying I fe... read more
Kelly, Norman, and Sarah are absolutely amazing! They are always on the go keeping the grounds and buildings beautiful. They are always available and any repairs are done promptly. This is a beautiful and quiet community and would not be the same without their hard work. I'm grateful to have found such a beautiful and safe place to live for myself and my boys.
