Beautiful place, unfortunate the wait times are insane! We had an appointment for 11:15 and waited over an hour! I missed an appointment I had booked for myself because of this. I understand running late but an hour is ridiculous.

This was my first time ever coming to this location. I honestly thought the office was located inside Whitby Mall. When I couldn’t find it, I called for directions. Unfortunately, it took three calls before someone answered. When Dr. Arruda’s receptionist finally picked up, the way she spoke to me was unnecessarily rude. As someone visiting for the first time, I was simply asking for directions. All that was needed was a little patience and clear guidance. There was no reason to speak to me the way you did. My friend’s father passed away here from a heart attack, he was found 6 hours later in a bathroom. Video shows staff saw him struggling to breathe and walked past him and didn’t ask if he was okay or offered assistance. Also, how does security or staff not check bathrooms hourly? And the granddaughter who came to inquire where he was had to tell security to call 911 after finding him deceased because he was that incompetent. The building/owners haven’t even reached out to the family.
