Kind and friendly staff. Quickly accommodate a mix up on appointment times. Very courtesy and accommodating
My eye examination at Whitby family Eyecare was a great experience. Everyone in reception was very attentive. The technicians were very helpful. Dr. Li is friendly and skilled….very professional and answered all of my questions. It was a very good experience.
Dr Ly is incredibly thorough and was patient with the multitude of questions I asked about eye health. Staff at the front was quick to acknowledge me once I entered the office. My appointment was right on time.
