Thank you! – I wanted to write and inform everyone of what a great experience I had with working with Alex Mendez and Cindy. I was rear ended and the other party's insurance company was incredibly difficult to deal with . They were slow to pay and wanted your company to put inferior parts on our car. EXPENSIVE, NOT WORTH – I can believe Insurances Companies pay that much money on repairs to shops like this one, for sure that's another reason we pay a lot of money on Insurance... Just because is close to my house I went to this body shop at Lakeway to get an estimate to repair my little neon needing just to paint my hood and bumper and fix two or three smalls details, but "Surprise" the estimate was THIRTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS... just for putting a little bondo and paint hood and bumper and some polish can be that much. SUPERB WORK AND SERVICE IN LAKEWAY – These folks are great. They did a great job on my repair, suggested a less expensive alternative (i was paying myself, not with insurance), were on time (less than 24 hours), and friendly! and, when my ride had a problem with his dOor, they fixed it for free while he waited for me. what's not to love???? i highly recommend them, and I am so glad to have someone in the Lakeway area who does such great work.
