Avoid them as your landlord!! I had a terrible experience at one of the properties while moving out. Their maintenance person took all of the property left in the house when he came, despite my move not being complete and my lease still active (with all rent paid, etc). I informed the office and they were completely unhelpful; I never recovered any of that property or was reimbursed. Stay away.
I rented a house from Mr. Whitaker for 4 years! It was a great experience...
