My husband and I commissioned Whitaker Drafting to help us plan a remodel of our 1920 craftsman-style home. It's a small house (around 1100 sq. ft.), so we had some pretty specific needs for the space; Ray took our criteria, listened attentively, and created detailed and accurate plans. He worked with us closely to make sure the plans met our needs, and with each revision, included PDFs of the plan as well as 3-D models we could 'walk through' on our computers. Whitaker Drafting was referred to me by a friend for renovation design to the front and back of my home. Mr Whitaker was a huge asset to helping design my perfect home. He took interest in what my needs and goals were to help design exactly what my family was looking for.
